2. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.

The contract is concluded through:

• Our order confirmation via email; or

• The shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated shipping time is 6–8 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days.

We will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible if there are significant delays affecting an order.

5. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

There are no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

6. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform us, for example by email.

After a valid return request:

• The customer returns the goods in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Return Policy

Returned items must:

• Be unused and undamaged.

• Be returned in their original packaging or in reasonably good condition.

Please return the item in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging where possible.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free and a prepaid return label will be provided.

8. Warranty

The statutory consumer rights and protections applicable under UK law apply.

In the event of a product defect, customers may have rights including:
